Where do I meet my driver at DIA?

With our real-time flight tracking, chauffeurs arrive before you do, waiting at a designated pre-flight arrival parking lot. Within minutes of landing, your chauffeur will contact you, displaying your name on a tablet computer for easy identification. Say goodbye to airport worries with Denver Bold Limo.

Do you offer off-hour service?

Yes, we offer car service 24 / 7. Please keep in mind to reserve as far in advance as possible for off-hour service and that premium pricing and/or surcharges may apply.

Do you offer transfers, i.e., “drop-off and pickup” service for special events?

In most cases, minimum hourly rental terms will apply. And there are many advantages to this structure, especially for special events and occasions. You have the same vehicle and chauffeur guaranteed for your entire service. You can leave your belongings in the vehicle. You have unlimited stops, the vehicle and chauffeur are available to you as directed. It is generally more relaxing to know that you have the vehicle at your disposal for the specified rental period.

What type of trainings do your chauffeurs have to go through?

At Denver Bold Limo Service, we prioritize safety and professionalism in every aspect of our service. Each chauffeur undergoes a rigorous screening process, including a comprehensive criminal background check, meticulous review of motor vehicle records, pre-employment and random drug testing, thorough reference checks, and completion of a mandatory Defensive Driving Course. Additionally, our chauffeurs participate in regular safety training meetings to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest practices. Furthermore, they are required to possess thorough geographic knowledge of our service areas and must have GPS devices for all areas we cover, along with a deep understanding of key client locations and staging areas.

Will the chauffeur help me with my luggage?

Chauffeurs are prepared and required to assist with all luggage.

Do you offer corporate and personal accounts?

Denver Bold Limo Service provides convenient corporate and personal account options. To set up an account, we require completion and return of a credit card authorization form along with other necessary documentation. For major corporate accounts, billing terms may be available, pending review and approval.
